At the same time Hong Kong office was set. 1994 merged with Concord Manufacturing Co.(Taiwan) to reach for much stronger capabilities in technology and finance.

July 1997 a modernized new plant was built on its self 30,000 M² land with 4 production buildings and 3 dormitory buildings, over 2000 staffs so far.
